International Kitchen - Agnese's Classical Rasols
Ingredients
- 3 cooked carrots
- 3 cooked potatoes
- 200g Doctorska sausage
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 4 pickles
- 200g garden peas
Dressing:
- 160g sour cream
- 100g mayo
- 50g mustard
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 60g pickle juice
Method
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
- Cut carrots, potatoes, sausage, eggs and pickles in small pieces.
- Mix ingredients with dressing.
