Filipino Pinoy Egg Noodles Soup

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a cooking pot. Once hot, saute the onion until soft.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes until it turns light brown.
  3. Pour in the water, add the chicen broth cubes and the Magic Sarap seasonig.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add the celery, carrots and sabbage. Stir and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Pour in the fish sauce and add the shiitake mushrooms.
  7. Stir in the noodles. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add the spring onions.
  9. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the red bell pepper.
