Aims & Objectives

In the first quarter of 2024, Taste of Shetland underwent an evaluation. As a result of this, our organisational aim and our objectives have been refreshed.

Aim:

To collectively support and promote the producers and providers of food and drink in Shetland.

Objectives:

  1. To act as an industry specific information hub for members, to provide support and advice.
  2. To encourage local producers and the hospitality sector to work together effectively.
  3. To further promote members’ businesses by encouraging food tourism across Shetland.
  4. To widen knowledge about and use of, local produce.
