We want you to know that, without our sponsors, the Pop-up would have remained just a dream. Shetland Food and Drink is a membership organisation with no funds to invest in a large project like this. It was the Shetland Fish Producers’ Organisation, the Scottish Salmon Producers’ Organisation and Seafood Shetland, a trio of sponsors who have been involved since the project’s inception, who made this all possible. They recognised quite early on the potential benefit to the food and drink industry that the Pop-up could bring and were extremely keen to help it become a reality.
