GOOD LUCK to all of them in the semi-final this coming Saturday at Shetland College UHI ! The winners of this stage will go through to live final at the Taste of Shetland Festival on the afternoon of Sunday 7 October when the last three finalists cook off for the prize courtesy of Restaurant Martin Wishart , Porteous Studio and Loganair .
