Join Shetland Food and Drink for an evening with Garðar Kári Garðarsson, one of Iceland's finest chefs. He won Icelandic Chef of the Year in 2018 and is now head chef at the stunning Deplar Farm, Troll peninsula, Iceland. He will be preparing two of his own dishes, showcasing Iceland's finest produce in the kitchen at Deplar Farm.

Watch as Garðar shows us how to prepare Icelandic lamb and char dishes incorporating wild foraged ingredients. This event offers a unique opportunity to ask questions and chat with him live, as he works his magic.
