Bacon Wrapped Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Traditional Butcher BBQ Cured Bacon
- Large Pickled Gherkins
- Cream Cheese
Method
- Cut gherkins in half.
- Scoop out seeds.
- Fill with cream cheese.
- Wrap with bacon and secure with cocktail stick if needed.
- Cook in oven for 15 mins at 200°C or until bacon is cooked and browned.
