Korean Style Beef Wraps
Ingredients
Filling:
- 250g Beef Mince
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1tbsp Cider/Rice Wine/White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Clove Garlic (crushed/minced)
- Half tsp Umami Paste
To assemble:
- 3 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 200g Mozzarella
- 3 Tortilla Wraps
Method
- Brown mince in a frying pan, add all seasonings and spices and fry until reduced down and sticky.
- Cut wraps in half, divide all of beef, half of cheese and half of spring onions between the wraps - put filling in middle of semi circle and fold two sides over to form a triangle.
- Lay all triangles on a tray to form a circle. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onion.
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
