Korean Style Beef Wraps

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 250g Beef Mince
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1tbsp Cider/Rice Wine/White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Clove Garlic (crushed/minced)
  • Half tsp Umami Paste

To assemble:

  • 3 Spring Onions (chopped)
  • 200g Mozzarella
  • 3 Tortilla Wraps

Method

  1. Brown mince in a frying pan, add all seasonings and spices and fry until reduced down and sticky.
  2. Cut wraps in half, divide all of beef, half of cheese and half of spring onions between the wraps - put filling in middle of semi circle and fold two sides over to form a triangle.
  3. Lay all triangles on a tray to form a circle. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onion.
  4. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
