Pressure Cooker Mince
Ingredients
- 500g Local Butcher Beef Mince
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 1 small neep - diced
- 4 carrots - diced
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 2 beef stock cubes
- Cornflour to thicken
Method
- Brown mince and add to pressure cooker.
- Add vegetables.
- Add onion granules and stock cubes.
- Add cold water to cover.
- Pressure cook for 20 mins.
- Do quick pressure release.
- Mix one teaspoon of cornflour with cold water and add to mince, turn pressure cooker to "sear" setting or similar to bring to the boil and thicken the sauce.
- If not thick enough, repeat step 7 until it reaches your preferred consistency.
- Serve with tatties and green veg!
