Rhubarb Reel Gin
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Shetland Reel Gin
- 500g Rhubarb
- 250g Caster Sugar
- Teaspoon Vanilla Paste
- Fresh Root Ginger to taste
Method
- Chop Rhubarb and place in jar large enough to hold all ingredients.
- Add sugar, vanilla and ginger.
- Shake up and leave overnight.
- Add gin.
- Seal and shake daily for a couple of weeks.
- Strain and serve with ice!
