Sheet Kebabs
Ingredients
- 500g Lamb Mince
- Half a Red Onion (finely chopped)
- Half a Red Pepper (finely chopped)
- Bunch of Flat Leaf Parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1tsp Garlic Powder
To serve:
- Lemon Wedges
- Flat Breads
- Salad
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, put on baking tray and flatten down to cover.
- Slice into strips with sharp knife, then score diagonally.
- Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, drain off some of the liquid, then return to oven for 2-4 minutes.
- Serve with flatbreads, salad and a squeeze of lemon.
