Watermelon Salad
Ingredients
- Rocket (locally grown if you're really lucky!)
- Watermelon
- Feta Cheese
- Toasted Walnuts
- Balsamic Glaze
Method
- Create a bed of rocket in your bowl, add peerie chunks of watermelon and cubes of feta.
- Toast walnuts in a pan until they smell amazing.
- Sprinkle on top of your salad (you can chop smaller, if you prefer).
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
