Meet the winner

The level of entrants was really high. But there could only be one winner. Kirsten Williamson from Vidlin took that crown this year.
Her menu of Slow-cooked lamb with homemade hoisin sauce followed by traditional clootie dumpling with homemade ice-cream was a winner.
Kirsten was delighted to take the prize -a trip to the Michelin-starred Restaurant Martin Wishart in Edinburgh, with return flights and accommodation.
