Elizabeth's Kitchen DiaryAssociate Member
Elizabeth is Britain's most northerly food blogger, sharing delicious family recipes created in her kitchen with as much Shetland produce as possible since 2011.
Elizabeth began her food blog as a hobby back in 2011, and it became so popular that in 2013 it became her full-time job. She creates delicious family recipes using as much local produce as she can. She likes to get creative with the contents of her Transition Turriefield veg boxes, meat (especially local lamb) from Anderson Butchers and only uses Shetland Dairies milk.
Oh, she's also frightfully camera shy, hence the profile picture of the back of her head - along with an image of one of Elizabeth's delicious Shetland lamb casserole recipes made with Anderson Butchers' lamb ribs and Turriefield broad beans.
