They only ever use Shetland milk in their café and in their Shetland ice cream. They are proud to be Shetland’s only café operating in this way - making sure they lower their carbon footprint and plastic use.
The Island Larder are advocates for responsible consumption of the highest quality products available. This is why they only ever use local meat and Red Tractor assured poultry in their street food café. Palm oil, sustainable or otherwise, never features on the menu.
