Land of Ayana is run by Nesti, who was born in Ethiopia and has made a home in Whalsay. Their coffie is small batch and hand roasted using traditional Etrhiopian methods. The resuly is a smooth and strong coffee with a delicious depth of flavour.
The beans are sourced from Limu and are 100% Arabica beans, giving a sweet and fruity taste with hints of blackberry, citrus, chocolate and red wine. This brew is a must try for all coffee lovers!
