Though charmingly Nomadic for now, their ambition is to grow the business to have restaurant location as well as continuing to offer the pop up nights.
The Nomadic menu offers all the classic pizza toppings you'd expect, plus weekly specials like their Italian Sausage and Hot Honey pizza, with mozzeralla and red onion.
They aim to incorporate local produce into their recipes and are working on a way to develop flavour combination that are unique to to Shetland.
