Albert Wharf will bustle with activity as Taste of Shetland presents its esteemed members. Here, visitors can indulge in a variety of delights. The Lerwick Brewery will showcase their meticulously crafted beers, while the Hand-Made Fish Co. will entice seafood enthusiasts with their finest smoked salmon. Shetland Wool Adventures invites you to immerse yourself in nature, knitting, and Shetland's rich heritage. And don't miss the opportunity to tempt your taste buds with sweet treats and famous ice cream from Island Larder, the home of Shetland fudge.

The Taste of Shetland team will be on hand to provide valuable information about the Shetland food and drink scene, along with offering amazing merchandise for you to take home as a memento of this incredible event.

For seafood lovers, the Taste of Shetland trailer at Victoria Pier will serve up an array of seafood delicacies, courtesy of Island Fish. Indulge in mouth-watering monkfish kebabs, succulent scallops, Cullen Skink, crab cocktail, and irresistible servings of hot smoked salad and cold smoked salmon on oatcakes.

Beyond the stalls, the main stage at Holmsgarth will be a hub of captivating culinary demonstrations.
