Method

  1. Mix the egg with the sugar, salt and the melted butter. Add the flour, and finally the water.
  2. Let it rest for an hour at room temperature. Heat the iron, put a little butter on it and put a tablespoon of batter on the iron.
  3. Close the iron and bake for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove with a spatula and cool on a rack. While still warm, wrap around the handle of a wooden spoon. Leave them to cool down.
  4. When cool, you can fill them at both sides with whipped cream just before you eat them.
  5. Geniet ervan. (Enjoy!)
