Sassermaet Tacos
Ingredients
- Tortilla Wraps - I used the peerie size - better for folding over!
- Sassermaet
- Toppings of your choice, e.g. onions, red sauce, cheese, etc
Method
- Place your tortilla on a board, spread a thin layer of sassermaet over it - press down firmly.
- Fry in a pan, sassermaet side down - until it's brown and cooked through.
- Flip over to colour the other side of the wrap.
- Add toppings of your choice.
- Remove from pan (drain on kitchen roll).
- Fold in half and enjoy!
