Viral Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

For the "Everything Bagel Seasoning":

• 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
• 2 teaspoons Garlic Flakes
• 2 teaspoons Onion Flakes
• 3 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
• Shetland Salt (add based on your tastes!)

For the salad:

• 1 whole Cucumber thinly sliced
• Half a Red Onion chopped
• Half an Avocado
• 1 tablespoon Capers
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese (I used garlic & herb but plain would also be fine!)
• 3 teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
• 50g Shetland Smoked Salmon (or however much you like!)

Method

1. Mix Everything Bagel Seasoning ingredients together and put to one side. This quantity makes a batch that you can use on other dishes, e.g. on top of avocado on toast, over a salad, on tomatos, etc.
2. Add all the salad ingredients to a large jar.
3. Shake to coat cucumber and combine ingredients.
4. Give up shaking it, as it's much easier to just mix it in a bowl...
5. Mix together in a bowl.
6. Enjoy!
