Smashed Tatties

Method

  1. Boil tatties until cooked through.
  2. Pop on a baking tray and squash (or smash!) with the bottom of a glass.
  3. Melt butter/oil and all herbs/seasoning together to make enough to coat the tatties and let some sink in.
  4. Bake in oven/airfryer until crisp and golden (I did airfryer on 200 for about 20 mins).
