Smashed Tatties
Ingredients
- Shetland Tatties
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Shetland Butter
- Olive Oil
- Salt/Pepper
Method
- Boil tatties until cooked through.
- Pop on a baking tray and squash (or smash!) with the bottom of a glass.
- Melt butter/oil and all herbs/seasoning together to make enough to coat the tatties and let some sink in.
- Bake in oven/airfryer until crisp and golden (I did airfryer on 200 for about 20 mins).
