Coffee Tiffin

Method

  1. Crush digestives - make sure there's some bigger bits and some more sandy bits to get a nice tiffin texture.
  2. Add cocoa and coffee and stir.
  3. Melt butter and syrup together then stir into biscuit mixture.
  4. Add sultanas according to your preference.
  5. Press mixture firmly into a tin. Refridgerate while you melt chocolate.
  6. Cover the top with a good thick layer of chocolate and decorate with chocolate covered coffee beans.
  7. Leave to set in fridge overnight, then cut up into squares.
