Shetland Chip Butty
Ingredients
- Shetland Tatties cut into chips
- Cornflour
- Seasoning of choice
- Peferred Oil
- Shetland Softie
- Shetland Butter
Method
- Chop tatties, soak in water for a peerie start, then dry off.
- Dust with a coating of cornflour, then add some seasoning and drizzle with your choice of oil.
- Airfry at 200°C for 20 mins or until crisp and golden.
- Butter your softie and fill with chips!
