Method

  1. Chop tatties, soak in water for a peerie start, then dry off.
  2. Dust with a coating of cornflour, then add some seasoning and drizzle with your choice of oil.
  3. Airfry at 200°C for 20 mins or until crisp and golden.
  4. Butter your softie and fill with chips!
