The dining areas are split over three adjoining rooms and includes a cosy ‘garden room', which can seat up to 12 persons privately for dinner.
Their extensive wine list includes such favourites as a Sauvignon Blanc, Rioja and the classic Pinot Grigio, but also features Tarranga, Graciano, Durif, Viognier and Pedro Ximinez to name but a few.
They also have over 70 gins for you to try, ranging from traditional London Dry to gin from Japan. Closer to home, we have 15 local offerings from Shetland Reel distillery, based on the island of Unst to discover.
And after dinner, the hotel's long room boasts an impressive collection of whiskies and is the ideal place to relax after a long day exploring all that Shetland has to offer.
