The Café in the Kirk was started 18 years ago by members of the Walls Methodist Church, who have been joined over the years by a team of regular volunteers from the wider community.
The café is a busy haven for the locals and visitors alike, and even offers a children's menu and play area. A selection of hot and cold drinks, hot rolls and homemade soups, as well as home bakes are on offer every week.
With a wide variety available, the favourites of Reestit Mutton and Tattie and Lentil Soups are always the favourites.
