Coffee Tiffin
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Digestive Biscuits
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 3 tbsp Blyde Welcome Coffee
- 4oz Sheltand Butter (Margarine used in video - but butter will make it much more special!)
- 4oz Golden Syrup
- Handful of Sultanas (however many you like in your tiffin!)
- Large bar of chocolate for topping
- Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans
Method
- Crush digestives - make sure there's some bigger bits and some more sandy bits to get a nice tiffin texture.
- Add cocoa and coffee and stir.
- Melt butter and syrup together then stir into biscuit mixture.
- Add sultanas according to your preference.
- Press mixture firmly into a tin. Refridgerate while you melt chocolate.
- Cover the top with a good thick layer of chocolate and decorate with chocolate covered coffee beans.
- Leave to set in fridge overnight, then cut up into squares.
