Crunchy Bread
Ingredients
- 1 Large Slice of Bread (cubed)
- 1 Shetland Egg (beaten)
- Splash of Shetland Milk
- Shetland Butter (for frying)
Method
- Mix egg and milk, soak bread in mixture until it's soaked up.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add eggy bread mixture and fry until crispy (turning regularly).
- Serve with good quality bacon.
