Mincemeat Crumble Slice
Ingredients
- 200g Shetland Butter (softened and cubed)
- 200g Plain Flour
- 200g Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 75g Soft Brown Sugar
- 400g Mincemeat
- Handful Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Method
- Line a square tin and preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon.
- Rub in butter (or use food processor!)
- Put half of mixture into tin and press down very firmly.
- Add mincemeat as a layer.
- Mix walnuts with remaining flour and oats mixture if using - add to top of baking tin - press gently.
- Bake for 35-40 mins at 180C or until golden.
