Scrambled Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 30/40g Oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Shetland Butter for frying

Method

  1. Beat up egg in a bowl, add banana, cinnamon and oats - stir well.
  2. Melt a peerie bit of Shetland butter in the pan - add mixture and fry until it is golden and looks like granola (it will be much softer than granola though!)
  3. Serve with yoghurt and fruit and a drizzle of Shetland Honey.
