Scrambled Oats
Ingredients
- 1 Mashed Banana
- 1 Egg
- 30/40g Oats
- Cinnamon
- Shetland Butter for frying
Method
- Beat up egg in a bowl, add banana, cinnamon and oats - stir well.
- Melt a peerie bit of Shetland butter in the pan - add mixture and fry until it is golden and looks like granola (it will be much softer than granola though!)
- Serve with yoghurt and fruit and a drizzle of Shetland Honey.
