Shetland S'mores

Ingredients

To melt:

  • 1 packet Island Larder Marshmallows (I used Churros flavour!)
  • Large bar of chocolate

To dip:

  • Skibhoul Bakery Oatmeal Biscuits
  • Fruit

Method

  1. Break up chocolate and marshmallows into a lined baking tin.
  2. Pop in airfryer for 5-10 minutes - keep an eye on it - once it's melty and marshmallows are golden you are ready!
  3. Dip in your bits and bobs and enjoy!
